Summer Time at Eaton Mountain

While our initial focus at Eaton Mountain is rebuilding the alpine skiing and snowtubing operation, we are planning to develop some summer activities. A few of the ideas we are considering include hosting mud run and hill climb events, outdoor concerts, mountain biking, a year round restaurant and bar, a small waterpark, cabin rentals, and catering/hall rentals. Those summer activities we do develop will need to make business sense and just as importantly, need to complement and enhance the ski area's setting and atmosphere. We welcome suggestions and ideas.
We have received a number of inquiries regarding the motocross track. It is likely that motocross and quad racing will be discontinued, mostly due to insurance and safety concerns, maintenance costs, and planned changes to the lower slopes which encompass a large portion of the current track. We are also planning to not operate the campground for now.
